Never buy a Volkawagen

<p>I bought a brand new car from VW Jan 2014 took it for service every 15000km as per the requirements I must admit I never had any problems with the car until the heavy rainy day 3 weeks ago when I started the car and it sounded funny I thought it was nothing serious then contact VW customers care they responded very quickly and said a technician will come and check my car. They phoned minutes later to say they will send a towing truck to pick the car up. The car was taken to Lindsaker Eastrand it took them 2 days to inform me that I have to replace the engine for R85 000 when I asked why I was told because 'l drove through water'. Wow I just wish when I bought this brand new Polo vivo 2014 model someone at the branch had told me to take a taxi or a bus when it's raining, I would have walked out immediately and went and bought a Toyota instead. I phoned VW customers service for assistance they divided to tow my vehicle from my home I need my vehicle returned to my home please and no further assistance from Volkswagen ever again
