Negligence of not taking off my name of traded car

March 2014 I bought a car at volkswagen and trade in my car that I had. March 2015 I got an email of Sanral stating that I owe them a massive amount and will lead to court if I don't pay. Sanral told me the amount is against the car that I traded in. with other words the dealer Volkswagen Rustenburg never took my name off the car I traded in, because the charges are in the time line that I no longer had the car.

I Phoned Rustenburg branch to find out what is going on, I even spoke to the head manager Dawie Swanepoel on Monday 2 of March 2015 its now Friday the 6th and did not even get back to me after taking my details. Now it is COSTING ME my time my money to resolve this issue. I even phoned the head branch of volkswagen they say they will sort it out, but I have no confidence in this I am so disappointed it's not even funny.

Typical you are the best client until you sign a contract by them and just after you signed you are no longer. The fact that they are taking so long to find out what is going on just shows you how they see this problem and it's not of urgency. THIS IS SERIOUS NEGLIGENCE ON THERE PART. because sanral wants answer from me not them

Regards

Michael Steyn
