Negligence from Drivers

I took my car in for service this morning, signed everything that needed to be signed. More customers walked in after me and some where leaving as I set down, the 1st driver came and picked 4 people to drop of @ work and left me there, I was annoyed because I got there before them but now they were leaving before me. The 2nd driver came and did the same thing. I kept quiet and didn't say anything because it wasn't going to help anyways. Eventually a driver came and took 3 of us and drove us to our respective workplaces and I was obviously late now. I wrote on the form that I want to be picked up @ 15H00 because i need to fetch my son @ school, the driver just called @ 15H30 saying he wasn't told that I wanted to be picked up @ 15H00, who is supposed to tell him because I wrote all this on the collection form. I'm really disappointed, I now have to pay for aftercare because I will arrive late to pick up my son from school. This is just unacceptable, I would sell my car and move to another dealer if it was that easy honestly....
