NEGLIGENCE AND TERRIBLE SERVICE VW SOWETO

I have sent an email in the morning regarding the terrible service I have received and no one has taken the courtesy to contact me with a way forward.

I am travelling with a car with missing items and that is not right, this was not a free service and I demand that you refund me so I can take my car to a reliable VW near me.
