Nauseating service

<p>I called yesterday to book my car for service and the receptionist was very rude.however because I needed my car serviced.I took it there as per our appointment, Jade took it in and promised to contact me with the quote . I kept calling because I needed to know the cost and she said she'ld call back in the next hour. Now i called.they told me she left for the day.it's been 3 hours now and I've been calling but I just keep on being transferred to different people who are useless. I just spoke to Mary Anne and she was very rude..and sarcastic. I'm not sure if that the kind of service u offer to ur clients. please can I get assisted as SAPS is already 15hour no quote.</p> <p> </p>
