My Volkswagen is going to **** me due factory fault DSG shift mechanism

i drive a 2017 polo R line 1.0 DSG blue motion i bought the car brand new from vw Hatfield Pretoria last year August 2017. recently my car shows an error that reds '' Error: workshop! leave vehicle only when selector lever is in position p'' i took the car to lindsay saker vw in vereeneging last week and they could not fix the car they say they dont pick up an error. i have read on the internet of a few people that had their gear shift mechanism replaced under warranty and the car was fine. vw sa does not want to replace the faulty part because they dont pick up the error on their computer but the fault is still there, the error pops up randomly. this VW POLO is gonna **** me and i paid so much money for it. im done with vw sa .
