My car problem is not resolved

I have been having a knock sound on my car since when it was 6 months old from brand new car. I took my car several times at vw Arcadia and still the problem is not resolved.There is a knock sound when I reverse and at vw they said they can't find anything and they could also hear the sound. What should I do...its they car and they should know it.
