MY CAR IS NOT SERVICES NOW I AM GETTING MESSAGE SAYING MISSED APPOINTMENT , WHILE MY CAR PARK FOR TWO WEEKS

<p>please note that my car was at service and VW Rustenburg lost my car keys , after their decide to do re-print my keys after we fight , after take my car withing two days from service my car was giving me problem over heating, i left it with them and said their will check its on 17 July , yestersday i call them and it was not yet checked, today 18 i am getting message saying i have missed appointment ? while car is sitting with them ? , meaning ******? no one is able to answer me when i call them now?</p> <p>Matlakane</p> <p> ********** 7 225</p>
