My car had a mechanical problems

My car had a mechanical problem on the 19th of March 2016 and it was towed to VW Thompson dealer in Louis Trichardt and after several calls to get the car back we called to pick it up .We pick it up on Friday drove for less than 150 km and and it had the same problem and it was towed to the very same place and now instead of diagnosing the problem their are sitting with my car and there is no feedback.My car is still under warranty and has less than 60000km write now i cant go anywhere not to even buy a loaf bread since i am working in the mining are and the nearest town to me its 75km and they dont want to give the alternative transport.
