my 2015 VOLKSWAGEN vivo maxx

My 8 months old car from NTT GROUP a VW dealer in East London a breakdown while I'm in Cape Town and it's still under warranty, I had asked for my insurance to tow the car to the nearest dealer which is WEST CAPE VW in KUILSRIVER , the dealer could not offer me a cucurtusy car to continue my journey, I have escalated my matter to VOLKSWAGEN SOUTH AFRICA, they could not help me up to this hour I am stranded in CAPE TOWN having no option of going back home to MTHATHA. VW said they will not help if I don't own a credit card, all persons in the call centre could not help me , a gentleman named EARL and a lady known as SHAKIRA abondoned me and decided to no longer attend my case until end of businesses, they **** and said they will come back to me and solve my matter, they both never called back. It's urgent I appeal to you to take action urgently I am sleeping on the road side endangering a life.<br>
