I am not happy about the service I got from VW SA I ordered part no 2G2 863 046B 82V i Trim panel this part its been 4 moths now they keep on sending me from pillar to post now I ma driving a car with outstanding parts because of them I mean VW its a big company with a big reputation today I received a call from a ladt who is assigned to my case she told me that the part was supposed to be delivered today but unfortunately it won't be possible because the VW supply says they out of stock can u believe it now I have to wait another 15 day on top of 4 months and they are not sure if the order well be successful I really need help with query I tried all department of VW and no one is willing to assist me so I thought mybe if I could speak out mybe they well take my problem serious.
