I bought a 1.6 polo GP comfortline in 2021. After few days I took it back because it had an oil leak in the engine. They gave it back to me after a day or so but after few days again the same leak appeared and I took it back to them. Then they took it to Pretoria to be fixed. After a few weeks again the engine was still leaking and the sales man told me that the management has changed. They will be unable to help me under this new management.

Also the bottle water for wipers was leaking and it was never fixed or changed. Now the paint on the bonnet is pealing off and it's only now that I realize that this car was involved in the accident and vw never say anything about it being involved in the accident.

I have spent a lot of money buying tryers every six month because it's wheel alignment cant be fixed due to the accident it was involved in. This oil leak has led into a starring rack problem and it's costing an arm and a leg to buy a new one.

Please Hellopeter, help me out on how can I deal with this problem. I need your intervention.
