Mount Road VW Tavcor Poor service

I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the Mount Road VW Tavcor Service Centre where I booked my vehicle in for a service this morning. I was told that I could be taken to my work place, however, I will not be picked up in order to fetch my vehicle due to the fact my workplace “is too far". This comes as a surprise because my vehicle would often be booked at VW Tavcor in Moffett on Main where picking me up from my workplace has never been an issue. From a service and brand perspective, VW is inconsistent in satisfying the needs of its customers. I find it unprofessional for a service provider to give such a reason as the Mount Road Centre is closer to my workplace than the one in Moffett on Main. It begs the question ‘is it close for me to come pick up my vehicle’? This needs to be remedied immediately as I am well aware that the service provided has previously been able to do a drop-off and pick-up function from my workplace. Kindly revert to me, as I am unable to make alternative provision for my commute this afternoon, with of course, a clear stance from your organization on what the service includes and whether I am in the wrong with what I demand as part of the service fee that I normally pay.
