Motor plan

I extended a motor plan on the 27/09/2022 with vw for 45000 kilometres or two years and on the 03/01/2023 when I took my car for service I was told it has expired. I called the dealer I bought the motorplan from they told me the person who helped me is no longer with them. I called Vw customer care to register a complain but nothing was done they told me they would call before the end of the day but they didn’t and I called them back and I was told that they would call me back shortly and they didnt. Now I’m stuck with a car that needs service and I paid for a motor plan but they say it expired
