Most Disgusting Service

Car broken into, Car went in and has been there for 3 weeks.Worst service had at a Volkwagen dealership!! No feedback and bad service. They said they dont have stock but worst case scenario it will take 10 days. Phoned Yesterday and they said the car will be ready today at 12, when we got there, they said only Monday. No phone call that car is not ready yet, No contribution from there side, Phoning us and letting us know what is going on. We have to lick there buts 24/7. I would not recommend them at all, They dont feel a feather about there clients at all and priorities the new cars first. Totally disgusted.
