MORE OF A RANT THAN A REVIEW

Dropped off my car for service this morning at VW Fourways. Had a wonderful welcome and everything was going well until I had to be dropped off at home. The drivers behavior and service is utterly disgusting. One driver came back from a drop off (it's a pity I did not get his name), ****y and full of himself he walks in and doesn't even greet customers. I overhear him talking about who is going where, with no communication with us he proceeds to take the people that came after us, mind you, I arrived early so I can be on time for work. After we had been waiting for more than 30 minutes. His pride could not allow him to communicate that a driver that going in our direction would be with us shortly. This is really disappointing behavior from employees of such a place. It is my first and absolute last time taking my car to VW LINDSAY FOURWAYS. They have no regard for customers at all. I regret wholeheartedly taking my car there. At 8am, I was already upset out of my mind.
