Misleading information from the dealer

In October 2018 I bought a VW Polo Vivo GT, with that I made sure that I understand everything which is are the terms and conditions, the one thing I noted down was that the car will be under Warranty until it reaches 120 000KM. At the moment It is sitting at 47000KM, in my understanding I was explained to that while the car is under warranty I won’t be paying for anything including the Clutch having a problem. On the 17th of this month I then experienced a clutch failure I immediately called the dealer where I bought the car for assistance I asked once again if the clutch is covered under warranty they said yes since the car has not reached 50000KM it is definitely covered with the information given by the dealer they helped organize road side assistance for me and the car was taken to VW Westgate, without even checking with warranty they immediately let me know how much I am going to be changed which is (R15000)without looking into the problem I responded by reminding them that the car is still under warranty as per my verification with the dealer when the car broke down with that knowledge I understand hat I am not supposed to be charged anything. They then say they are going to look at the problem and then let me know. They still came back saying it’s R15000 to fix it since it was my fault which I don’t know how! I am very disappointed by the service and misleading information by one dealer and a different story by another.

I plead with you to please look into my case as a matter of urgency because I feel very wronged as a loyal customer.
