Misleading and no ethics

We were mislead into purchasing a vehicle from vw northcliff and it was a continuous battle with the dealership to get the issue sorted out. This was an approved vw vehicle but had a blown head gasket???? We had constant issues with the car not starting and vw continued to take the vehicle back and returning it to us saying that they were not sure what was wrong with the car on the last occasion they kept the car for almost 2 months and did not even contact us eventually I had to call videsh at the dealership to find out what is going on and was again told that they are having master technicians look at the car but still can't figure out what is wrong with the car. It was again returned to us and I was not happy I then took the matter up with vw sa and I was told that they do not get involved with vehicle sales (absolutely shocking) I then met with the dealership principle ( Debbie van rensburg) videsh and the workshop manager who then discloses to me that the car had a blown head gasket and was redone by them I was shocked they choose not to disclose it to me. Then in the 23 of November they had agreed to replace the vehicle and vw sa contacted me and said that the dealership will be in contact with me in the next 2 weeks once again I had to follow up with the dealership after 2 weeks and it's no2 been almost 2 months and I have not heard anything from videsh at the dealership I have been trying to get some kind of assistance from vw sa but again they are not being helpful. I call in and they say I need to speak to Elzaa Marais the case manager but she is never available in call in constantly and have recieved no response from them whatsoever I cannot believe that vw sa will not step in here 2hat do I do
