Misfire and poor idling on Tiguan 1.4tsi \normal\""

2013 1.4tsi Volkswagen Tiguan still under warranty and booked at dealet 3 times since December 2013 for missfire and poor idling on start up. 1st time software update was done. 2nd time also software update, injector cleaner and indication that enjin will be opened and a pump or valve be replaced if the problem persists. Missfire and poor idling continued and booked in for 3rd time. After more than 1 week I was told to collect the vehicle as Volkswagen head office was provided with sound clips and indicated that the missfire and poor idling is \normal\" on the 1.4tsi Tiguan! The vehicle will soon be out of warranty and Volkswagen do not want to honour the conditions of the warranty. If it was normal: why would the local dealer accept the vehicle for the 3rd time? Why would they never have experienced similar problems? The idling is not normal and is a poor advert for Volkswagen. Several friends and family have asked out of their own why the enjin is missfiring and noisy! If this is the way that Volkswagen honour their warranty I will never buy a volkswagen again and will discourage everyone from buying a Volkswagen. I expect Volkswagen to honour the warranty and notbe dishonoust"
