Misconduct , Embezzlement, Consumer abuse and brazen disregard for consumer rights! Lack of integrity

Volkswagen finance torture their clients that find themselves in unplanned financial hardships. They are a type of businesses that threatens repossession of their vehicles and sets the most unreasonable repayment plans for your arrears to be settled in full. I have been monitoring my clear-score profile and I have noticed that VW Finance has not updated my profile with the payments that been making monthly (R72000). Whether I pay the arranged amount on 26th/30/01/02 it’s doesn’t make a difference, as VW finance continues to disregard my payments and are determined to destroy my credit profile. VW Finance is falsely stating that I have missed 17 paints in the last 12 months. How is that possible when I have the full payments showing on my bank account. This company exercises bullying and mafia tactics by appointing men with loud voices. Today it the 1st of October and I’m contemplating whether I should even bother paying this instalment as VW finance tramples the rights of clients have disadvantaged socio-economic backgrounds.

Going forward please tell me, when I should pay you, so that this agreement is in writing and it should state that my payments will reflect of IT . Most importantly, I would like the missed payments as stated on clear score to be removed ASAP, as this is highlights the businesses malpractice
