Midrand Volkswagen delivering very poor service.

I think it is ridiculous that you have to pay an absurd amount of money to obtain your radio code after the battery terminals have been removed. If you are an owner of a vehicle, should you not be entitled to just ask for for own radio code. I have owned a Ford and when I requested a radio code they were kind enough to assist without hassle. I think that is very very poor of Volkswagen to want to charge me 350 rand to obtain my radio code. If in the future I would not even think of buying a Volkswagen or suggesting it to someone. Very poor service. This was at Volkswagen in Midrand.
