I bought a VW TSI in June 2024. Since I received this vehicle I have been experiencing problems after problems. Firstly, I was not given a spare key. Then I started experiencing a problem with the gear, it couldn't go into gear 2. I also reported a jammed boot, warning sign about the left front tyre and front brakes. They only repaired the boot and the tyre, with the brakes I was told that the warranty has expired. As I'm sending this review, the car has been with them since the 15th of November due to a faulty clutch and the warning sign of the tyre resurfaced. Basically, I bought a car but I littery don't have a car. This vehicle has been in and out the dealership for repairs. I believe I was ****med by Alan Hudson Riverside, they knew about all these defects but decides to withhold them from me. And now I'm told that I need to cover the costs of the front brakes. Apparently they are still waiting for authorisation to fix the rest. How long does it take to get an authorisation while I'm spending money on public transport and paying insurance for the car I can't use? Who is going to reimburse me for the costs I'm incurring and the inconvenience I'm going through?
