Mechanical break-down of the car

<p>On Sunday 29 May 2016 while i was driving, i had a breakdown on my car, the oil was leaking and i got warning signs in the car that i should stop the car, luckily i was not so far from the Petrol station, i then went there to park the car. The petrol assistants advised me to call my insurance ask for assistance as its dangerous for the car to leak oil, it might actually damage the car. I did that and called my Insurance Dial Direct to get a Towing truck so that they can take my car to VOLKSWAGEN CONSTANTIA KLOOF, which they did, however im not sure when exactly was the car taken in, however on Monday 30 May 2016, i recieved a call from VOLKSWAGEN CONSTANTIA KLOOF to advise that they recieved my car and the mechanics will liaise with me during the course of the day, it has been 3 days later, they still havent touched my car, they don't call me , none whats-so-ever, i have to constantly call them, only today Wednesday when i call them, im told that they will look into the car, When i bought my car i was told that any mechanic or electrical breakdown on the car will be taken care of, but now, im being sent from pillar to post and i still dont have my car, i am really disappointed with the service im recieving from VOLKSWAGEN CONSTANTIA KLOOF. This is really frustrating.</p>
