Maintenplan - hoax!!

Just want to rise, that a maintenance plan is not it says it is...my car's brakes shudder, took it to VW Tableview, they measured it and send it off to VW South Africa. According to VW the shuddering of brakes happens with in certain tolerances and will not be covered for something you paying for.
