Maintenance plan ****

I purchased a maintenance plan with my new vehicle in Jan 2017. I was under the impression that this was a VW maintenance plan. I took my vehicle in to another VW dealership this morning for the annual service only to be told that I do not have a generic VW maintenance plan but a 3rd party maintenance plan from Hatfield VW which is administered by a company called Trafficc.

At no point did the consultants Zuko or Nwabisa mention that the maintenance plan being sold to me was a 3rd party one and I am now left with the administration burden when I need to claim from this product. Really terrible considering the amount of money that I had to pay for this! Really shady business to promote their 3rd party products!
