Maintenance Plan

<p>My Name is Wandile Zulu, Customer Number : ********** 0292. I am quite upset that i have been struggling to extend my maintance plan with VW for almost 3 months now, i was previously told that i have not made a single payment to VW therefore they cannot assist me but now its 3 months later & still nothing is done... When i call the customer service i get told that i need to speak to the dealership where i bought the car from & when i speak to the salesman who sold me that car he tells me he sent emails but they arent responding! He ended up giving me the number ********** & calling this number proved to be even more difficult... I have actually lost hope that i will ever be assisted & i am hoping that someone somewhere will hear my cry & attend to my needs. </p>
