Lost all faith in Volkswagen!!!! Worst Service ever!!!!

October 2015 we bought a 2014 model Volkswagen Vivo Sedan Automatic Petrol it only had a few thousand kilos on the clock. Today (October 2016) we are driving a problematic 2014 model with only 50 km on the clock, We pay through our necks each month to drive a supposable reliable car but since July this year our polo has been sent back to Volkswagen Hatfield 6 times for repairs. Twice of these times it stood in their shop for a week - they do provide us with a lone car but it's usually a hatchback and for a family with a 5 month old baby this doesn't work at all... If you put the pram in the boot the boot is full. We contacted Volkswagen SA but all they seem to be willing to do is refer us back to Volkswagen Hatfield and each time we need to take time of work to take the car to the shop and fetch it again after a week only for them to tell us that they replaced something and 24hours later the car has the same issue. A 2014 model Polo Vivo with 50 km on the clock should not make a vibrating-rattling-loose sound every time you step on the brake and also an automatic car is not supposed to roll backwards once you take your foot of the brake. Is this the type of service we should expect for as long as we drive a Volkswagen? A back and forth between we'll look for the problem - we can't find the problem - we've fixed the problem but the problem still persists. And why do Volkswagen head office have a enquiries and complaints department if they are not interested in fixing the problem and just keep sending you back to the workshop? We pay for a service plan, we pay for a maintenance and repair plan and we pay our monthly installment but apparently that's all Volkswagen is interested in, they have no intention of replacing or settling or properly fixing the dud polo that was sold to us. They don't care that they inconvenience you at work by telling you 6 times 3 months to take time off and bring the car in and fetch the same car without it being fixed or that we bought a sedan for the space and each time they settle us with a hatchback for a week. I'm not sure what the next step is but since we do live in South-Africa it would probably be to go to the media and then to start burning things down to get someone's attention.
