Lock nut key
On the 10th August 2015 I bought a 2015 Polo TSI Comfortline at VW Fury in Randburg and when I went to collect it I was showed all the things on it and I was also showed a tool box with a wheel spanner, ***** driver, Jack, tow bar ***** and nut cap remover, one night I had a puncture then I started removing nuts so that I can put spare wheel. One nut didn't open because it needed lock nut key, I then looked everywhere in my car but couldn't find it. My phone battery was flat then suddenly four guys came and tried to rescue me and failed, we started heating the nut to break it and also damaged rim at abt 3:00 am we successfully removed it and replaced the tire with spare wheel. I then phoned VW to ask for assistance to remove the rest of the lock nuts, then I received assistance. I phoned VW Fury and was told that they can't assist me I must buy a new tire in one of the stores that sells tires and won't be replaced buy them. I feel that they are not fair as the matter started when I didn't receive lock nut key for my car, if they have cameras they where supposed to go back and check then value my complaint instead of saying they can't assist me.
