loads of excuses

<p>Took my car in for a service ,waited 1 hour for a car to take me to work and than the car used to take me to work was full of animal fur. When I approached the manager he was full of excuses. Told that 5 lights were not working ,bought them and upon wanting to change them only 2 were not working,. I was than called to rate the service,which I did today the manager called again with a bucket full of excuses and arrogant about the service I received. In future don't call if you don't want to hear the truth... never take your car to vw alberton </p>
