Livid with VW SA

Where does one begin to describe such a failure of customer service and customer experience. The customer service department and dealership does not only lie but also have clandestine ways, give regurgitated **** apologies and fails dismally to even bother to respond to basic questions and requests. I've been so inconvenienced and disrespected it makes my blood boil. Certain people at VW need to take responsibility for this and action be taken for incompetence
