lindsay Saker VW Midrand, Horrible Service Exprince

I dropped my car as a towed in in VW Midrand for repairs on Saturday 31 March 2019. Today it marks 5 working days the car still not touched it never being to the workshop. This is the horrible experience I being calling the dealer since from Monday to follow up and they never made a single call to me regarding the Vehicle.
