2020 VW POLO GTI - Supposed top of the rage!

ON all levels of disappointment from - service delivery to meeting the vehicle expectations - Team @ VW Lindsay East Rand has mastered failing my every intention ever to shop at VW again!

My list can go on for days venting from date of purchase to time my vehicle hit 5000km and then again 10000km.

Issues listed: I feel conned!

1 I bought this vehicle and was let down with paper work like they where hiding something until my first payment went through - which then was the case as iv now seen 3 different installments to date.. 2 When i brought this to light i was given the run around and escalated it after i was ignored. 3 The Dealer principal who i have no idea how he got into his position couldnt offer any resolve or solution but to tell me to take it to VW South Africa 4 I then call VW South Africa who refers me back to the dealer i purchased from 5 I then do this and again the dealer principal has nothing to offer me but to be upthrust- interms of a resolve! (HIs word he didnt tell me to buy the vehicle in JHB - which wasnt even the question at hand) i then make a few suggestion and he makes as if hes suggesting something but leads to nothing - and still hasnt!

make no mistake between the lines a lot has happend which i have not mentioned but will when i get some kind of feed back.

Well done to Geremy (Dealer Principal) your skills on customer service speaks volumes as a representative of VW, and you mention WHAT ACADEMY??
