Lies Lies Worst Service i have received.

I bought a second hand car and VW Macathy late November last year on 54 thousand k, The sales person explained nicely how i have extended Service plan as well as Warranty when the manufacture one ends up untill 2018 or 150k, and even tyres are covered, wao i was the happiest client, the very first sevice i go im told told to replace wipers and brake flush or something, i told guys not now as i had just bought the car in less than 2 months, i was not too worried at that stage i tell my self i know im covered, the next service which was on the 9th of June im told that i dont have a sevice plan after i had serviced with them, i tell them i know for sure im covered, i tell them to speak to the sales guys Belinda to be specific, todate im yet to hear why she **** to my face. in less than a 7 months that i have owed this car i dont have brakes im sure its even damaging the disc, im experted to pay for service, im so gatvol i regret buying this car. i feel like i bought it from a prive person who changed his identity. i have owned 2 VWs before this is thee first time im going through such an experience anyway i had not bought them at VW it was. i just hate being **** to.
