Vw the Glen are very ********* and sly. So they were suppose to do a specific service of which they didn't and now they have to refund me. Its been over a month and they still haven't refunded me. First I spoke to Jonathan Chetty who was useless and constantly lying. Eventually after millions of messages I finally got hold of Bridget who is the manager. Let me just say what a useless manager. For a few weeks now she has been giving me stories filled with lies. If she isn't blaming the receptionist, then she is blaming Jonathan, if it's not him then it's Unitrans. She hasn't contacted me for a week now and avoids my messages and calls. I've contacted VW head office and it seems like they also can't assist. I have then taken it to Unitrans and it seems like they also not bothered. So clearly vw the Glen and all others associated with it are clearly ***** and unprofessional *******. I'm not the only person they have done this too. Many others have complaints. This dealership is not to be trusted.
