Let down and disappointed

<p>I have always loved VW brand and 6 months ago I could finally afford to buy myself a brand new car (previous cars belonged to my husband) the obvious choice was a VW but today I feel so let down by my favorite brand.</p> <p>2wks ago my Polo Vivo's aircon started malfunctioning, it stopped blowing out cold air, today I took in to be checked and I was informed some part in the aircon has factory damage, they have ordered the part from Germany so I have to bring back the car in 3/4 weeks!</p> <p>So VW expects me to drive around in a hot suffocating malfunctioning car for 3/4 weeks?? Is that how you treat customers?? I have strip to kzn planned imagine driving long distance in a hot car! it will be like an oven !!</p> <p> </p> <p>When I bought a new car it's because I wanted to avoid car trouble/problems but no I feel shortchanged here I should have bought a cheaper brand, 2nd hand car at least I would have saved myself thousands of rands! </p>
