Leaving a Woman Stranded in a Unsafe Area

My Girlfriend dropped her car off for a service the morning of the 25th for a Service. Ruben then went to drop her off at work by Florida Clinic . The two of them made an arrange that he would pick her up at 4pm as i am typing this messag at 5:10 pm no one has collected her. Nobody at the dealership can attend to my call i have phoned the Dealer Principal probably about 10 times(Diedi) on his cell and the service manager about 10 times . This is absolutley shocking and we will never ever use this dealership again boy am i glad i dont drive a VW .<br> <br> Pathetic
