Lack of customer service

I own a VW Polo Vivo, which is still under warranty and i have a Service plan from Avis which covers faults on my car that is not covered by the warranty. I have had an issue with my deck/radio in my car several months ago. I booked my car in for a service and had mentioned that the deck/radion was faulty. Upon investigation the radio was deemed faulty and replaced. Its has been about 3 months later after the ew deck/radio was replaced that it stopped working again. I then waited my next service for VW to check the deck/radio. VW informed my husband who had taken my car in for the service that there was a problem with the fuse and it was replaced but the deck/radi blew agin so they would order a new deck/radio which will take about 2 weekes to come in and somene will call once at VW. 2 Weeks passed and no one called so he called Cheryl the service advise who was dealing with the ordering and was told she is on leave but can go through to parts department to check on states of deck. he was informed the deck had been oredred but not yet arrived. A few days later got in contact with Cheryl and she said she will book the car in for the deck/radio to be fitted. My husband gets to VW on the date booked for the installation and is then told thge deck is not there. My husband asked to be given a call COB that day and needs feedback as to whats going on. Eventually Cheryl informs my husband that they can not replace the deck as they have replaced it once and nothing she can do. This deck is 3 months old and carries a new warranty so i can not understand why it can not be done. Trying to get a hold of Emma (Dealer Principal) is exceptionla difficult as she never returns calls and is always in meetings or left for the day. I ahve left Voice mails for James (service manager) and he has not contacted me since. Terrible customer service. VW dont value there customers and offer very poor service.
