Knock on suspension (Not Resolved in 10 Months)

<p>Since December 2015 I have been going back and forth with VW Dealerships till today my problems has not been resolved. I picked up a knock on my Suspension in Dec 2015 on my VW Cross polo I immediately reported the problem to VW as the car was under Warranty they could not pick up what the problem was until sometime early this year when they decided to replace wheel bearings. The car went quite for about a month but the knock came back. Took the car back and they replaced the wheel bearing again but the knock was still there. I went back and forth and reported the matter to VWSA and was told to take the car to Lisnsaysaker Kempton park. Initially I was told that the have checked the car and they can’t see or hear anything, I then drove with two of their foreman and they heard the knock and I was told to bring the car in. They replaced the shock mountings and the knock was still there. I took the car back to them and they apparently replaced the Wheel bearing and the Hub now this a day the factory warranty could expire and I was assured that the car is fixed and tested but when I took the car the knock was still there. To cut a long story short the car has been in and out of VW dealers more than 10 times since December 2015 till Sep 2016 for the same problem. Today I am still stuck with the same problem and VWSA says the Knock is normal I must just drive the car as is. I find this to be irritating for such a big brand like VW to treat their customers like this? The only option I have right now is to get rid of the car and stay away from VW most probably inform everyone around me about such bad service and VW not wanting to resolve such issues. I feel very disappointed as I had so much trust in this brand but after my experience with their dealers and Head offices I am so disappointed and angry, but I take this as a lesson learnt about this brand Volkswagen (VW).</p>
