Kill me by braking brakes further

My Boyfriend took his car in to the Stellenbosch dealership to check out the brakes that has been making a noise. The car is only a few months old. When he picked up the car from the dealership the brakes made an even worse sound. We immediately contacted the VW Stellenbosch dealership and they said we must take the car to the Bellville dealership. When my bf did, the dealership said that they are full for two weeks and we have to leave the car there but they don't have a courtesy car for us. That is the worst service ever we only have one car how must we get around for TWO WEEKS?????? We cannot be without a car that long as we live and work in very different areas. We pay a FORTUNE for the car every month. They break the BREAKS of the car and wont fix it immediately? How does that work? Must we drive with a car that could kill us? I cannot understand how on this earth does this happen.
