Issues not resolved

My car went for a service and was under the maintenance plan but none of the issues since 2022 not resolved. Full diagnostic not done. Clutch and pressure plate issues. Gear selector- not finding a gear. Brakes front and rear not replaced. Brake fluid not replaced. When starting the car there is a ticking sound has not been resolved. Radiator coolant not replaced. Wipers not replaced. Service light still on. VW motor cover not replaced after service. The dealer principle is not really of any help and I want VW SA to step up.
