Is this what VOLKSWAGEN stands for?

Trying to complain at manager on duty with the most shocking and utmost arrogant response thinkable. For the simple reason that he associates me with an unpleasant situation/incident, he Disrespectfully tells me that he will not speak to me. for the simple question: Why don't you close VW doors while Mr Karel van Heerden is on leave until 9/3/15,seen that he is the only person to assist? being asked! Is Kobus really competent to work with the public? Is this really what VW stands for? Does this behaviour and service carry away Volkswagen's approval? My husband is in the Motor industry, so we are fairly informed about quite a few cars. My personal opinion is that you get quite a few reliable VW models for affordable prices.. that we often recommend to our clients as well. BUT where do you take your vehicle for maintenance afterwards? From now on I will tell my friends, clients and public about my experience with VW. Further on I will proceed by reporting this matter to RMI, Carte Blanche, Ombudsman, Beeld, Twitter, Facebook, Google, WhatsApp, BBM, Watch this space for the uncomfortable situation I was associated with to be revealed, you decide.will you EVER buy VW again?!
