inheriting manufacturing fault at the expense of a buyer

Please assist , i have purchase an vw Arteon 2019 Rline via wesbank finance and there value of the car is R559000.00. this Arteon car has controls problems that vw is failing to repair and can not fix the rootcause of the problem. the reliability of the care is lost and I am inheriting manufacturing faults . all the function of the car have are price that is being added to the total value of the car but if they are not working and its not my fault vw must take the ownership of their product. i have been with the car for 1 yr 7 months but vw claim the cais is 3 yrs and have experience multiple problems with the car. vw was consulted but they do not want to take their faulty car back and they also do not have another car to replace arteon without any change with the existing contract. as a buyer I am will to pay reliable and working product . vw provided option to trade is and I only want to return their faulty vehicle .
