Inferior radio in VW Amarok

I bought a new VW Amarok from Rola VW in Herm**** during Sept 2014. From the first day the radio's reception was very bad and the blue tooth to my phone was terrible. Nobody could hear me when talking through the blue tooth of the vehilcle. After several complaints my Amarok went in to Rola Herm**** to fix the problem. When I received my bakkie back last Friday they told me they could not fix it and the radio had to be exchanged! I called VW SA customers complaint division from the dealer and spoke to Angelique, who promised me an answer before 5pm on Friday. She phoned and asked me to give her time until Tuesday at 12, then she phoned me this morning and told me that they are not exchanging the radio but they want the vehicle again to sort out the problem? And so it continues...
