Incredible service during a tough time.......

I had a question related to re-financing and sent an email to VW Financial Services during the Covid crisis we are currently experiencing in SA.

I was very skeptical about getting a response and even if I did I thought it would involve huge amounts of back-and-forth......

However, this was not the case! I was contacted by Jonathan from VW Financial Services who immediately answered all my questions and also took ownership and initiative with respect to the final resolution.

I deal with multiple service providers in a personal and work-related capacity and I can honestly say that the service I received this morning was the most noteworthy and exceptional I have received in a long long time……..

It is rare that you receive such good service from a company during "normal times" so to receive this service during the current crisis is very impressive.
