Incorrect information

on the 11th of September 2015 i booked my car , for inspection at VW Kempton Park, Service Adviser Trevor told me that the following items need to be replaced as in all of them A. 4 X coil pack, B injectors X 4, and all the spark plugs , i then i refused to pay for such which doesn't make sense that a car with less than 2 yrs could have all this not working on my car<br> <br> i called the dealer where i bought my car which is at Braamfontein and i told them since i bought this car i have been having endless problems, i have stacked on the road couple of times, they decided that i should bring my car to Braamfontein , assisted by Sean Lee.<br> <br> service adviser told me that only one injector and one coil are not working on my car, my problem is that i paid for my car to be diagnosed for R934.00 for wrong information i don't even know what is wrong with this car.<br> i don't feel safe with it at all <br> <br> an agent who called from VW on the 22 September 2015 was just telling me lots of problems instead of solving my problem<br> <br> i need solutions not a problem.<br> <br> regards<br> LM
