incorrect diagnostics

on the 22 of the 5th month 2017 i received my car from west cape volkswagen kuilsriver after i booked it on for a wyning noise i have on my car coming from 1st2nd and 3th gear while driving my car back home i noticed that same noise was still there i went back to the dealer to inform them about it the service adviser drove with me and inform the tecnician he also got in the car with me after hearing the noise he said yes i heard the noise but the car wasnt booked in for that noise he said after i showed him the invoise for what the car was booked in he changed he words and said they will then change the oil with a thicker oil coming from midas after changing the oil i couldnt find any gears and the noise was getting worst they replaced the oil again with the original oil i then spoke to the spoke manager and he said they are not gona be responsible i have to pay it out of my own pocket now on the invoise they now claim thats what they did when in fact those stuff they claimed to have changed wasnt causing any problems after paying 30thousand rand im stranded without a car now my children must make use of public transport which is very dangerous seeing that this is a gang infested erea weve got a month old baby who has to be at the clinic almost every week can anyone please assisst me
