Incomplete service

Never buy their service plan. I serviced with it for 120000Km at VW Polokwane. but they conveniently only did an oil change service excluding the cam belt service and spark plugs. Total *******. In their lame excuse they did not approve the outstanding work because the calendar service came before I reached the mileage. I knew they were trying to get me kicked out of the plan before the major job. ****mers
