i work in Mamelodi which is a residential area about 15 km from this delearship. I took my car for service and made own arrangements to get to work and left my work address in Mamelodi to be fetched when my car is finished. At around 12 o'clock I got a call from the driver telling me his manager mr bosman told him they are not allowed to go to townships because it's too dangerous so I called the manager mr bosman who was so verbally abusive and and told me it's a favour that they are even fetching me and that I must make my own transport arrangement and meet his driver half way in a 'safe area'. He made it clear to me that being fetched by his driver is a favour and he is not forced to do it and if I'm not happy I can take my car somewhere else. I have never felt so humiliated. He went as far as to tell me that it's not his fault that I'm working in a township and I must not ' play a race card on him' . his arrogance was so horrifying he even encouraged me to report him and see if that will help me. The way he handled my grievience gave me an impression that he lacks the managerial skills of conflict resolution which is expected for s person in his position . Deeply aggrieved.I was
