I am tired of this VW in Kimberley. They always treat us like animals, i mean you can't say you do not know when you are going to fix my car and yell at me when i demand answers from you. All i wanted was the estimated time of repair and the lady by the name of Marina decides to yell and ****ing drop the phone on my ears. I will never ever take my car to Kimberley vw.
