<p>My vehicle went for a 90 000km service, the last under the service plan.</p> <p>1. They serviced my vehicle in 1 hour! ONE hour!!</p> <p>Apparently on 90 000km they only have to do 2 things.</p> <p>After asking about Cambelt and brakes I get called with a quote for R 16 000!!</p> <p>After complaining and going back, the quote becomes R 4 500, without Cambelt which is R 4000 ?</p> <p>2. Later I get a call to tell me that they don't have the parts??</p> <p>3. VW South Africa, services vehicles, but do NOT have parts!!!</p> <p>Who is going to pay if there is damage to the vehicle because of that??</p> <p> </p> <p>Pathetic!!!</p>
